Parses a Aspic Argumentation System out of an input text. Every line contains one of the following:

<ordinary premise> ::= '=>' '-'? <identifier>
<axiom> ::= '->' '-'? <identifier>
<defeasible rule> ::= ( <identifier> ':' )? <identifier> ( ',' <identifier> )* '=>' (-)? <identifier>
<static rule> ::= <identifier> ( ',' <identifier> )* '->' (-)? <identifier>
<order> ::= <identifier> ( '<' <identifier> )+
