extends MinimalViolationEuclideanMachineShop

Repairs a probabilistic belief base by taking the probabilities from the probability function that minimizes the "minimal violation inconsistency measure" with respect to the euclidean norm. Implementation uses ojAlgos expression based representation (good numerical performance, but maybe slow).
